By downloading, installing or using Formulae Pro or Formulae Community you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the apps.

2. License

CAPDESIS grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the apps on your devices. You may not redistribute, decompile or resell the software.

3. In-app purchases

Premium features are sold through the corresponding platform (Apple, Google, Microsoft or Huawei). Each platform's refund policy applies.

4. Educational content

Formulas, exercises, videos and images are provided for educational purposes. While we strive to keep the content accurate, we cannot be held responsible for the academic or professional use that is made of it.

5. Limitation of liability

The apps are provided "as is". CAPDESIS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or data loss arising from the use of the apps.

6. Changes
