2. Data we collect

• Local preferences (language, dark mode, favorites, tasks): stored on your device, never sent to our servers.
• In-app purchases: handled by Apple and Google. CAPDESIS only receives anonymous purchase confirmations to unlock Pro features.
• Advertising identifiers (Community version only): used by Google Mobile Ads to serve ads. You can reset or disable them in your OS settings.
• AI assistant queries (Pro only): the text of your messages is sent to OpenAI to generate the response. We do not store the contents of your queries.

3. Purposes

We process the data above to (a) operate the app, (b) personalise the experience, (c) process payments, (d) serve ads in the free version and (e) provide answers via the AI assistant.

4. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability at any time by emailing [email protected].

5. Third parties

The apps are distributed through App Store, Google Play, Microsoft Store and AppGallery, and integrate Google Mobile Ads (Community) and OpenAI (Pro). Each platform has its own privacy policy.
